Migration (EN-CUR-189)

Through this lesson, students are able to learn about migration in general and get acquainted with personal symbols of freedom. They will be able to make their own migration routes and write their own true story about their heritage. It also brings awareness to the students of different migration scenarios while bringing to attention the geographical and historical aspects.

This learning scenario has been developed during the English version of the “Europeana in your classroom: building 21st-century competences with digital cultural heritage” online course. The course aimed to improve teachers’ understanding of cultural heritage in order to efficiently integrate it into their lessons and practices. The courses can be accessed here.
