Monstrous creatures (EN-CUR-204)
This learning scenario, which deals with common cultural heritage, aims at understanding similarities while analyzing Europeana documents from different countries and historical periods. By working collaboratively students will discuss ideas using a selection of Europeana resources. This learning scenario aims at practicing pupils’ listening, reading, speaking and writing skills in English while analyzing a cross-cultural theme.
This learning scenario has been developed during the English version of the “Europeana in your classroom: building 21st-century competences with digital cultural heritage” online course. The course aimed to improve teachers’ understanding of cultural heritage in order to efficiently integrate it into their lessons and practices. The courses can be accessed here.
