Skills and tools

Reading comprehension and writing skills are the main achievements developed in this project. To do so, Europeana Collections is used as a dedicated reading platform. Students explore how pioneer women impacted Europe and create a story of them with a digital storytelling VR app Cospaces. They also develop basic programming skills to animate the characters created inside Cospases. The teacher and students implement the activities in a Zoom Virtual Classroom.

This lesson plan applies to age 12 and upper ages. The students use mobile apps as well as the web.
