The students were divided into two groups. Both groups investigated sources from Historiana. The first group researched Greek inventions, and the second group researched Roman inventions. Within the groups, the students were divided into pairs and each couple had the task of creating one question on Greek and Roman sources, based on their given sources. At the very end, each group created their own Kahoot quiz with five questions.

Outcomes for educator

Europeana and Historiana are reliable and safe sources of knowledge for students and teachers. The multitude of available materials and ready-made learning scenarios are an inexhaustible source for the preparation of classroom work.

Thanks to Europeana’s ambassador, I had the opportunity to learn about all the possibilities of this inexhaustible source of knowledge. With many filters, finding your way around Europeana and finding the required material is very simple.

Learning scenarios are well prepared and easy to apply, and they are also adaptable to their own needs in the classroom. I particulary like the opinions of other colleagues, which makes scenario even more attractive.

The application of this learning scenario has drawn me to further research  Europeana and Historiana whose sources I will use in my future work.
